Our client in Kampala, Uganda is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead buffet operations, live stations, banqueting & themed events.

Requirements

* 8 + years’ F&B operations in 4–5  star hotels
* Marriott experience or familiarity with Marriott standards (preferred)
* Strong leadership & team‑management skills
* Hands‑on expertise in buffet setups, live stations, banqueting & themed dining
* Excellent communication & guest‑relations abilities

We offer

* USD 2,500 net monthly salary
* Off‑site accommodation arranged and provided by the hotel
* Meals on duty
* One return flight home after 12 months of service
