Job Summary: The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant and lounge floor, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to company policies. They will lead and support staff, handle customer concerns, and maintain an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the restaurant and lounge floor during shifts to ensure smooth service.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure all duties are completed efficiently.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of dining and lounge areas.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.

Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with customers, addressing any concerns or special requests.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate serious issues when necessary.

• Ensure all guests have a positive dining experience.

Staff Supervision & Training:

• Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to improve performance.

• Assist in scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to employees.

• Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high morale and productivity.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure staff follows health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Monitor adherence to alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service guidelines.

• Enforce company policies and procedures, addressing any violations accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and food safety regulations.
