JOB DESCRIPTION;

We are seeking a professional, detail oriented and organized Financial assistant to support and join our finance team to ensure that all finance tasks are handled accurately for the smooth operation of the company.

The main responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Financial record keeping ; maintain accurate accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Responsible for the company's daily cash collection and payments and registration to ensure fund security, manage the company's reserve funds, review reimbursements documents and ensure compliance with bills.
• Organize and archive financial vouchers, contracts and other financial information, maintain financial files and ensure that documents and contracts are archived completely.
• Cooperate to complete external liaison work such as audits and annual inspections
• Data entry enter financial data into Accounting software ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Financial Reporting; assist in presentation of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and budget variance reports
• Daily Accounts management; including voucher entry, invoice management and tax returns manage accounts payable and accounts receivable including processing invoices and payments
• Budgeting; Assist with budgeting and forecasting including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost saving.
• Financial Analysis, perform financial analysis and provide insights to support decision making

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Hard conditions;

• Bachelors degree or above, major in Finance, accounting, Auditing and other related majors.
• Fresh Graduate from 2023
• More than one year experience in financial positions, excellent fresh graduates can be relaxed.
• Junior accountant qualification is proffered.
• Basic tax declarations operations

2. Soft ware skills; Proficiency in accounting software such as quick-books

3. Ability and Quality;

• Rigorous and meticulous, sensitive to numbers and strong sense of responsibility.
• Understand basic financial and tax laws and regulations and be able to handle routine tax matters independently.
• Have good communication skills and be able to coordinate with various departments to promote work.
• Adapt to fast-paced work or emergency tasks.
• Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility and a good sense of confidentiality.
