About the GRASP Project

In partnership with aBi Development, ESL is implementing the GRASP Project to enhance climate-smart production and resilience. The project supports 35,000 smallholder farmers (60% women, 30% youth) in Northern and Eastern Uganda, improving market access. We seek qualified professionals to support this initiative.

Available Positions

1. Finance Specialist (1) – Degree in Finance, Banking, or Microfinance; 5+ years’ experience in agricultural finance.
