The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2018 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 14th Cohort.

We seek to give opportunities to candidates in the following areas:

• Operations Intern. (Malaba & Kampala Office).
• Finance intern (Kampala Office).
• Admin Intern (Kampala Office).

Eligibility:

• Holder of professional and academic qualifications in Customs Clearance, Ships Agency, Supply Chain Management, Administration, Accounts/Finance, or related field.
• Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
• Not more than a year period surpassed after graduation.
