SRS Robert & Associates, an audit firm in Uganda, is recruiting on behalf of Beder group Somalia for a Finance and Operations Manager based in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Background
Beder Printing House is seeking a highly qualified Finance and Operations Manager to oversee its financial and operational management in Mogadishu. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary
The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting. Additionally, the role involves overseeing operational functions, including human resources, logistics, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management – Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems.
2. Financial Planning & Budgeting – Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

3. Accounting & Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and compliance reports.
4. Operational Management – Oversee human resources, logistics, and general administration.

5. Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
6. Compliance – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance and operations management, preferably in a related industry.

• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
