Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Representatives to market and sell MTN Business Wi-Fi solutions including routers, MiFi devices, and fiber internet packages. The role involves moving in the field, identifying potential clients, demonstrating products, closing sales, and providing after-sales support.

Compensation:

Facilitation Provided + Monthly Retainer + Commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients such as homes, offices, and businesses.
• Promote MTN Business Wi-Fi products (routers, MiFi, fiber).
• Demonstrate product benefits and prices clearly.
• Generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on renewals.

Requirements:

• Good communication & persuasion skills.
• Confidence in field marketing and sales.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
