Background

Calabash Dairies Limited, a trusted name in high-quality cheese production, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell a variety of Calabash Dairies’ cheese products to hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and other outlets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver effective product presentations to prospective clients.
• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide regular reports on progress and market feedback

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
