Job Summary
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our herbal products to organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory to meet clients and promote products.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Desired experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
