Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Uganda!

Join a leading company that delivers innovative tools and machinery to farmers and businesses. In this role, you’ll make a real impact by promoting smart farming solutions and supporting growth in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Visit farmers, industries, and dealers to talk about our products.
• Show how our machines work and explain how they help.
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Collect useful market and competitor information.
• Keep daily records in our system (Odoo CRM).
• Work towards monthly sales goals.
• Attend events, exhibitions, and local fairs to promote our brand.
• Team up with other departments to give customers the best service.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in field sales (agriculture or generator industry is a plus).
• Friendly and confident speaker with good people skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and simple mobile apps.
• Knowing Odoo CRM is a plus.
• Ready to travel across cities and villages in Uganda.
• Must be self-motivated and goal-focused.
• Can speak basic English (local languages are a bonus).
