Job Description/Requirements

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales activities and effective relationship management.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Product Presentation: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Majibu Africa’s products and services to potential clients. Customize presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. Follow up with clients to address any issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and share insights. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in your sales activities.
  • Training and Development: Continuously update your knowledge of Majibu Africa’s products, industry trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.
