About the job

We are looking for independent Field Sales Agents to new prospects to help us increase the top-of-funnel leads and convert prospects to show up at testing locations.

Administrative Functions

• Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Analyze the territory or market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply team lead with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Qualification

• College or diploma qualification
• Training in sales, marketing, or another business-related field
• Experience selling financial or insurance products, especially asset finance products
• Minimum 0-1 year experience in a similar role

Skills And Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must understand the local dialect of the business territory
• Know how to use Android smartphone applications
• Must possess a strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work
• Attention to detail
