Responsibilities

• Update the daily report.
• Communicate with Mombasa regarding the authorization letter, vehicle information, and loading status.
• Follow up with the customer for documents, such as endorsed bills of lading, authorization letter, and packing lists/invoices.
• Provide timely updates to the customer on daily progress.
• Communicate with the clearance department to prepare the customs documents.
• Integrate fleet resources and yard resources to return empty containers to Mombasa."
