Qualification & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in production and/or Petroleum Geoscience
• Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience in the petroleum industry

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support in Field Operations to coordinate Well control automation engineering workshops, in collaboration with HQ, Well performance and Field Operations discipline experts, coordinate Well startup sequence & strategy preparation, develop sequence of individual wells start up for the operations phase, coordinate preparation of Well Operating philosophy and an SOR of future CWE (Collaborative Working Environment) and develop digital tools for well operations road map with budget and planning figures in collaboration with subject matter experts
