JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Field Officer to support the execution of marketing and sales strategies in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product promotion, customer engagement, and retail support to ensure brand visibility and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cosmetics, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit retail outlets, salons, beauty shops, and market locations to promote and sell cosmetics products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and beauty professionals.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to potential customers and shop attendants.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange displays, and ensure brand presence in retail spaces.
• Collect customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information for reporting.
• Support promotional activities such as product launches, sampling, and beauty events.
• Ensure proper placement and merchandising of products according to company guidelines.
• Report daily sales, field activities, and customer feedback to the Field Supervisor.
• Provide basic training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or retail (cosmetics industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel within assigned territory.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a strong advantage.
