Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Field Coordinator for a client in the non-profit sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, including the delivery of chlorine tablets and water tanks to schools, implementation of behavior change communication activities, and supervision of Field Agents to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular school visits for mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and awareness on safe drinking water challenges.
- Implement digital and traditional outreach strategies for schools and partner institutions.
- Integrate behavior change communication into school resupply and maintenance activities.
- Supervise field staff, technicians, volunteers, and call agents involved in school engagement activities.
- Coordinate field logistics, including transport, materials, equipment, and inventory management.
- Ensure proper documentation, accountability, and compliance with operational, donor, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate SEPU visits, repairs, and maintenance activities with Field Agents.
- Ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of school and partner water systems.
- Develop and manage field operation work plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring activity progress.
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation training, promote community engagement, and support sustainable use of water systems.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Engineering, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in WASH, community development, or related projects.
- Experience working with schools and conducting training activities is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional outreach and community engagement methods.
- Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, SurveyCTO, Slack and other data management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time to schools across the country.
