Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  •  Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  •  Assist with patient registration and check-in processes
  •  Handle billing, receipts, and assist in basic financial record keeping
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
  •  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  •  Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred (due to sensitivity and cultural considerations in healthcare service delivery)
  • Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge or background in basic accounting/bookkeeping is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the health sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a compassionate and patient-friendly approach
