Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with patient registration and check-in processes
- Handle billing, receipts, and assist in basic financial record keeping
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies
- Adhere to patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred (due to sensitivity and cultural considerations in healthcare service delivery)
- Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge or background in basic accounting/bookkeeping is an added advantage
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the health sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a compassionate and patient-friendly approach
