Supervision and Coordination, Planning, Health and Safety, Machine and Equipment Maintenance, Performance Management, Reporting and Communication, Compliance and Record Keeping, Environmental Stewardship, and other roles and responsibilities given from time to time. Oversee daily implementation of activities such as planting, spraying, spreading, harvesting, and general field tasks.
