About Us
Landy Industries Ltd is a leading manufacturer of plastics, shoes, and gumboots (EVA, PVC) in Uganda since 2009. We specialize in the production of high-quality products and import large volumes of EVA, LDPE, PVC, DOP, and other essential chemicals for our manufacturing processes.
We are looking for 5 Factory Supervisors who are creative, enthusiastic, and eager to grow their careers. The successful candidates will supervise shoe-making operations and monitor team members, ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of team members in shoe-making processes.
• Ensure the shoe-making process adheres to the required quality standards.

• Develop, review, and improve operating methods and procedures.

• Maintain workplace supplies and ensure all equipment is operational and well-maintained.

• Oversee special projects and track progress toward company goals.

• Build and enhance skills by participating in educational opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory role in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership, time management, and resource management abilities.
o Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

o Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Mbalala, Mukono.

Salary
• Net Pay: UGX 500,000 to UGX 700,000 (starting salary).
