Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in various aspects of factory operations, including production planning and quality control.
• Support factory operations by learning manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with teams to improve factory workflows and efficiency.

• Reside in factory-provided accommodation for full-time training.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
1. University degree or above.
2. Fresh graduates under 26 years old, with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher.
3. Willingness to take on factory accommodation.
