Afreximbank invites qualified and experienced firms to express interest for provision of the above listed property and facilities management services for the soon to be launched Kampala Afreximbank African Trade Centre (Kampala AATC). The Kampala AATC is an iconic, landmark mixed-use development located on Yusuf Lule Road offering a gross built area of 5.1.2 m² and includes grade-A corporate office space, a 100-key apart-hotel, a state-of-the-art conference and exhibition centre, etc.

Interested and qualifying firms may express interest in one or more packages by submitting the following documents to ahelmy@afreximbank.com no later than 27 October 2025:

• Company profile with registration documents, tax clearance, ownership structure and office location(s)

• Letter of intent indicating selected service package(s) and corresponding capabilities

• Evidence of servicing comparable assets in the last five years

• Proof of technical and managerial capacity

• Audited financial statements for the period 2022 to 2024
