EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF CIVIL WORKS FOR TILENGA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

TotalEnergies EP Uganda, in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the provision of Civil works in support of the logistics department operations for the Tilenga Development project in Uganda.
Brief Description of the Scope of Services: COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for provision for Civil Works in support of the logistics department operations for the Tilenga Development project in Uganda. The scope of work includes routine maintenance works, repair works, and any civil work emergency response services, for all facilities and roads within COMPANY responsibility.
The specifications will be based on the COMPANY's and the General Specifications for Road and Bridge works series (1000 to 7000) as provided for by the Ministry of Works and Transport.
Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate Organizational, Technical, Financial, Health,

Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements to set-up and operate the above-mentioned services, as per below:
• Experience in providing similar services for the past 10 years (Company profile, provide details of Type, capacity of projects.)
• Capacity of having strong management commitment and organization, qualified & competent personnel to perform the SERVICES (provide copies of certified and trained personnel to undertake this service).
• Capacity of having certified equipment & facilities to perform the SERVICES (provide copies of certificates). Existence of HSE Management System, policy and related procedures in compliance with national and international standards. (Provide copies of these documents).
• Commitment to prevention of corruption. Commitment to quality assurance and quality control in relation to civil works.
• Proof of financial adequacy and capability to perform the SERVICES as required (Provide financial audited documents for 2021, 2022, 2023)
• Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
• Current registration to; or application to be registered to; the National Supplier Database for the year 2024.

Interested companies/entities who meet the above minimum requirements shall submit a request by email (attaching company profile) to:
ep-ugep-dwl-contractandprocurement@totalenergies.com for a pre-qualification questionnaire on or before 17h00 Kampala time 5th July 2024, quoting 'Prequalification' Questionnaire request Ref No. CTR100963 for provision of Civil Works for the Tilenga Development Project in Uganda.

Interested parties to be prequalified for the Services are encouraged to provide Name, Address, Contact and Email to facilitate the issuance of a pre-qualification questionnaire through COMPANY's official e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA.
Note: Only prequalified bidders will receive invitations to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
