TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (A) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partners) invites experienced and reputable contractors to express interest in providing Infield Pipeline Pigging Operational Support for the Tilenga Project in Uganda
General Field Development Description:
The Tenga ol and associated gas development (PROJECT) located in the North East area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA 2 block. The facilities include well pads (30) and industrial area containing Central Processing Facility (CPF).
The Tilenga project is made up of 7 different infield production CS pipeline sizes (6, 8, 10, 12 14, 16 and 20), a 24" feeder ine (OFF to Kabaale), and a 24 CS+625 CRA riser and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) 28" lake water line. The production lines require operational pigging every two weeks while the lake water line requires pigging every 6 months
Scope of Work:
Design and supply of pigs and their spare parts to clean the pipelines to remove debris or wax deposits generated by the pipeline stream. The pigging bodies should be suitable for caming tracking equipment. The scope for pigging package include
Engineering services to design appropriate pigs and identify required spare parts and issue associated documentation (Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings.3 Procurement of pigs, that is supply all required types of cleaning/scraping pigs for each production pipeline, feeder line andakwaherine
Procurement of spare parts, that is supply of routine pigging spares based on the frequency of poging idened by COMPANY
Procurement of equipment that effectively clean pige after pigging operations (pig washing machine). The equipment should remove wax, debris, sediment, or other buildups fro m the pigs interior & exterior, ensuring optimal pig perform ance and ifespan
Annual support in terms of management of procurement of pigs and spare parts ad-hoc technical advice for review of pigging designs and pigs maintenance plans
Minimum Requirements:
Documented experience in designing and supplying pigs in the oil and gas industry
Technical capabilities to perform the service or provide the supply
Financial capacity to design, procure, transport and deliver required equipment from source to worksite
Mandatory current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
Health, Safety Security Social Environment and Quality (EQ) Management system, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards Valid applicable national or international licenses or permits such as trading licenses.
Qualifed and certified personnel to perform the service Certified equipment and tools to perform the service
Quality control and assurance capabilities
Existence of all applicable and valid 150 certifications Tax complaint
Compliance to local and international laws
