EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR TRAIN THE TRAINER TRAINING CERTIFICATION (TTT) (CFT REF: RFP-CUL-LD-00708).
CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, is an oil and gas exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfisher Development Area located in Kikuube and Hoima Districts.
CNOOC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional competent companies to provide the subject scope whose summary is given below.

NB: Detailed scope of work is to be issued to those who will have passed pre-qualification stage.
Minimum Requirements:
- Registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector;
- Compliance to local content requirements in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, i.e. PE Performance Standards and the National Content Policy;
- Proof of similar work of scope and size in Uganda, East Africa, or Internationally;
- Proven experience in delivering quality services;
- Compliance with applicable safety and technical standards and regulations of the Government of Uganda;
- Submission of supporting documents from regulatory authorities and international bodies.
CNOOC encourages participation from Ugandan entities. Joint ventures with Ugandan companies and subcontractors are encouraged. Preference will be given to suitably qualified in-country registered entities demonstrating commitment to statutory National Content requirements for the oil and gas industry.
