Total Energies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partners, invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing specialized Industrial HVAC Maintenance Services, for the Tilenga Of and Gas Project for future of Minimum requirements production in respect of the Tilenga Project, Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Uganda

General Field Development Description:
The Tilenga ol and associated gas development is in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilergo Project)
Summary of Scope:
COMPANY requires specialized Industrial HVAC Specific Maintenance Services for the Technical control buildings of the Tilenga facity

Services shall include, but not be limited to
Specialized maintenance: comprehensive maintenance of industrial HVAC Equipment Packages including mechanical electrical
Proven experience in provision of maintenance Services for HVAC systems for industrial HVAC installations
Mandatory Current registration to or application for registration to the National Supplier Database as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for all and gas operations as required by 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
Health, Safety, Security Social Environment and Quality (SEO)
Management system, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards
Vald applicable National or international licenses or permits. including Trading Licenses
Demonstrated technical capabilities to perform this level of service (proof of previous service on Industrial HVAC installations) software, PLC, control cabinet, piping ducts, Air Handling Units, and Qualified and Certified personnel to perform the service
Field service engineers: Capacity to provide sufficient trained and experienced field service engineers for both planned and corrective maintenance activities
Operations Expertise: proficiency in operating and troubleshooting HVAC Equipment installed in pressurised High and Low Voltage electrical technical rooms and Control Buildings
Technical Training: conducting technical training sessions related to the services
Certified equipment to perform the service Quality Control and Assurance capabilities Financial capability
Existence of al applicable and valid ISO Certifications Tax Complant
National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Compliant for Companies registered in Uganda and its equivalent for International Companies
