Total Energies EP Ugands (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Ares (CA) and License Aren (LA)2, in conjunction with its joint venture partners, invite experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing maintenance services for future al production in respect of the Tilenga Project Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Ugende
General Field Development Description:

The Tilenga ol and associated gas development is in the Northem ara of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA2 block (Tanga Project)
The major development surface facilities include the following Wellpads (31) and the upstream gathering network

The Industrial Aves containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF)
The associated supporting infrastructure camps, roads, aerodromes exc)
The Maintenance Services for air compressors packages. Equipment
Cenfugal Air Compressor Manufacturer Ingersoll Rand Model NOCOCCXL (1,A)
Air Dryer Manufacturer: COES SRL Model HL 500/UCK

The scope of work covers the provision of tenance services in Support of COMPANY operations which activities will include but not limited to the provision of following
• Planned and corective maintenance of air compressor and air dryer package
• Provision of skilled and trained technicians with technical knowledge of the equipment
• Ability to supply OEM spare parts
• Technical support for troubleshooting including Control Systern Training and development of site staff
• Contract management and reporting
• Interested companies who meet the above minimum

Interested parties may participate in this EOI as a single entity or as an association of companies, where they shall (individually or collectively) demonstrate the following minimum requirements

Minimum Technical Requirements
• Experience as maintenance and overhaul of Ingersoll Rand compressors and Air dryers
• Capacity to provide experienced fold service engineers
• Proven expertise in the operation and troubleshooting of Centrifugal air compressors of similar type
• Execution of technical training related to the services Provision of remote technical support services
• In addition to the above-mentioned technical capacity, the minimum requirements to participate in the Prequalification Process are
• Mandatory Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Detabase as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Upand
• Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as required by 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
• Health, Safety Security Social Environment and Quality (H3SEQ) Management system, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards
• Valid applicable National or international licenses or pornits including Trading Licenses
• Qualified and Certified personnel to perform the service Certified equipment to perform the service
• Quality Control and Assurance capobie
• Financial capability
• Existence of all applicable and valid ISO Certifications
• Tax Compliant

National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Compliant for Companies registered in Uganda and its equivalent for International Companies should submit a request by email to
