EITS Contractor (Electrical & Instrumentation scope) on the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in the provision of Electrical Launching Tools, Materials and Accessories for EITS E-House Buildings

Definition: An e-house (electrical house) building is a prefabricated, modular structure designed to house and protect electrical and automation equipment, functioning as a self-contained substation or power distribution center.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Testing Tools and Equipment: To cover testing activities for 68KV GIS SWG, MV SWG, LV SWG, UPS System, F&G system, HVAC, PA system ECIS system and outdoor equipment such as Power Transformer, Distributed Transformers, earthing Transformers, Flexer / Variable Shunt Reactor.

• Other tests include Secondary Injection Testing, Neutral Earth Resistance (NER), Functional & Operations Tests, End-to-end test, Hi-POLTest. There will also be requirement for testing LV and Data cables not containing test, installing, loop check.

• Hand Tools: Include complete set of Electrical, Mechanical tools and consumables sourced from reputable Global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’S).

• Accessories: Including cable connections, terminations with their relevant accessories, and consumables; required for the performance of functional tests of the hardware and software interface links between EITS Equipment. Other accessories include:

  • O E-House Building Construction Materials such as Glue Fox, Screw Liner, Gasket Door Type D, P, E, V

  • O Oil Insulation and Associated Accessories.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate and Information: URSB, NSSF, URA (TIN, VAT, TCC) Registrations

• Proof of registration on the Petroleum Authority of Uganda’s National Supplier Database (NSD).

• Compliance with the Petroleum National Content Regulations, 2016, definition of Ugandan Company Company Profile, Audited financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your Bankers’!

• At least 5 years of demonstrate experience and financial capacity in delivering such services.

• Ensure submission of all relevant statutory permit/license, certificate & Registration copies to facilitate the requested scope of work for Tools and Equipment.

• Evidence of a Quality Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system including OSHA

• Valid ISO: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent (as applicable).
