Job Duties:

  • Lead the kitchen team in planning menus, food preparation, and plating to high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, kitchen hygiene, and cost control procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong knowledge of local/international cuisines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy hotel kitchen.
  • Supervisory experience (an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of local and international culinary practices.
