JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Lead the kitchen team in planning menus, food preparation, and plating to high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, kitchen hygiene, and cost control procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong knowledge of local/international cuisines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy hotel kitchen.
- Supervisory experience (an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of local and international culinary practices.
