We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Events and Digital Executive to join our team and help elevate our brand presence through impactful events and digital strategies.
Position Overview: The Events and Digital Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and technical skills to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute company events, including product launches, trade shows, corporate meetings, and customer appreciation events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Create engaging event content and promotional materials to attract and inform attendees.
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and interaction with followers.
• Oversee the company's website, including content updates, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Brand Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event and digital strategies with overall brand goals.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and digital marketing, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and website management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
