Job Duties:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair and upgrading of school buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
• Manage utilities, including water, electricity and waste disposal, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialised projects.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Monitor and manage budgets related to estates and facilities management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification in facilities or estates management is an added advantage.
• Practical experience in water systems, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage and supervise contractors.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
