Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Advise the district on environmental conservation and management.
2. Monitor compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of environmental protection programs.
4. Conduct community sensitization on environmental issues and sustainable practices.
5. Prepare and submit reports on environmental challenges and achievements.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management, or related field from a recognized institution.
2. At least 2 years of experience in environmental management.
3. Knowledge of environmental laws and policies in Uganda.
4. Strong analytical and public sensitization skills.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in the Bunyangabu District Service and Delivery (All Uganda Government Local Governments). Applications must be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 Revised 2008 or ESC Form 3 Revised 1998. These forms are obtainable from Public Service Commission Offices or the offices of District Service Commissions countrywide. Applications must be submitted to:
