JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the sales of ERPNext and SeamlessHR solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close deals while also developing a strong understanding of all Entapps solutions for cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for ERP, HR, or SFA solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Work closely with solution engineers to tailor proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP, HR, or SFA software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
