JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the sales of ERPNext and SeamlessHR solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close deals while also developing a strong understanding of all Entapps solutions for cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for ERP, HR, or SFA solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with solution engineers to tailor proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP, HR, or SFA software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
