Job descriptions and specifications for each post can be obtained from any service commission offices countrywide or from www.publicservice.go.ug  or www.hsc.go.ug.  All successful applicants will be contacted after the selection exercise. Those who do not hear from the Secretary should consider themselves unsuccessful.

Application forms can be obtained from all District Service Commissions countrywide, Public Service Commission, and Health Service Commission or on the Public Service website: www.publicservice.go.ug.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant posts in Buvuma district Local Government health department. Applications should be submitted in triplicates and a PSF Form No. 3 Revised (2008) should be used and fully signed by the applicant. It should be addressed to the Secretary, District Service Commission, P.O. Box 103, Lugazi, or delivered at Buvuma District headquarters, Office of the Secretary DSC.

Applicants should attach certified copies of academic and professional documents, valid practicing licenses where applicable, registration certificates, three recent passport photos, and a photocopy of their national ID. Certification should not be more than 2 years old. Applicants should be between the ages of 24 – 45 years.
