Job Summary:

Provides technical support in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects within mining environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting designs and construction supervision
• Conduct site inspections and surveys
• Prepare progress and compliance reports
• Work with contractors to ensure quality control

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction or mining projects
• ERB registration is an added advantage

Competencies and Skills:

• Teamwork and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of engineering software
• Strong technical documentation skills

• The Uganda National Mining Company (UNMC) was established under the Mining and Minerals Act, 2022, (Act No. 25 of 2022) and incorporated under the Companies Act 2012, (Act No.1 of 2012). UNMC is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda.
