DUTIES:

• Designing and documenting mechanical installation works of public buildings/projects;
• Preparing Terms of Reference for public building projects and programmes;
• Rendering technical advice in mechanical installation matters to other Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies;
• Monitoring, supervising and coordinating consultancy services and construction works on Government building projects or programmes;
• Checking and certifying Consultants' fees, construction contractor's payment certificates and project final accounts of Government building projects;
• Assisting in preparing departmental budget and estimates framework;

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
