Key Qualifications & Attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in power projects (experience with UETCL/UEGCL/UMEME preferred).
• Technical Skills:
  • Installation of transmission lines, transformers, switchgear.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving.
• Other: Willingness to work remotely; HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review designs and supervise power transmission/substation works.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with project teams.
