Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare lesson plans and schemes of work for assigned subjects.

2. Facilitate learning and teaching in classrooms to ensure curriculum delivery.

3. Assess learners' performance through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
4. Maintain discipline, guidance, and counseling for pupils.
5. Participate in co-curricular activities and other school programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A Grade III Teacher's Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
2. Registration with the Ministry of Education and Sports as a qualified teacher.
3. Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
4. Familiarity with the Ugandan primary school curriculum.
