Background information about the job or company

The Education Advisor Online Learning will be responsible for co-designing, in close consultation with universities, the online part of the blended delivery model of a short, qualifying course for secondary school leaders to increase effective leadership practices. This includes the design of a user-friendly and performant online learning environment through the use of a Learning Management System (LMS), the development of accessible online learning objects (quizzes, handouts, etc.) as well as the design of an assessment model to assess course participants.

Qualifications or requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience in designing online learning environments
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
