Job Summary:  Under the guidance of HR Associate and in close collaboration with the Human Resources Unit ,the online Volunteer will support production of graphic designs and content update for Arrival guide, country information booklet and similar documents.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to:

  • Content update and Create design based on requirements and discuss with focal point/ HR team; based on the information, document/material background provided
  • Organize the content: Structure the arrival guide in a logical and user-friendly manner.
  • Develop the design according to agreed requirements.
  • The Online Volunteer will be provided with material and other sources to develop the design of the arrival guide as required and available. For close coordination and discussion, the Online Volunteer is expected to be available for calls via Microsoft Teams and email communication.
  • The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant for the UN Volunteer job must have professional experience in MS office products, Visio, graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, as well as good verbal and written English, drafting and communication skills.
  • A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset.
  • Languages: English, Level: Fluent, Required
