POSITION - ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
DVC- Development

Job location: Main Campus (Bugema)
Responsible to: Vice Chancellor.
Terms of employment: Five-year contract but with annual performance appraisal.
Purpose of the Job: Responsible for coordinating the preparation and implementation of the university's strategic and development plans.

Minimum Qualifications
A PhD and Masters degree but with a rich experience of hands-on in managing and supervising development projects. High level of maturity, ability to provide strategic leadership, and a high level of integrity. Subscription to Bugema University norms and core values is a must.
