We are seeking a DTC Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and contribute to the core pieces of our sales and marketing approach. This is not just a sales position for a sales Specialist. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, this role goes beyond traditional sales, combining dynamic customer interactions

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
● Identify and engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
● Qualify leads, guide them through the sales process, and close deals effectively.
● Deliver tailored product demos and clearly articulate the value proposition.
GTM Strategy Execution
● Work closely with marketing and retention teams to design, implement, and execute sales campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.
● Provide real-time market feedback to refine positioning, pricing, and product features.
● Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the sales GTM strategies.
● Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying trends and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Insights & Feedback
● Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights on pain points, objections, and preferences.
● Share actionable feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and optimise offerings.
Team Collaboration
● Work closely with marketing and your team on outreach campaigns and demand generation efforts.
● Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless customer handoffs.
● Embrace teamwork by collaborating openly, communicating transparently, and supporting collective goals.
● Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, resources, and training materials.
Metrics & Reporting
● Track and analyse sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline performance.
● Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while supporting broader Sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
● Exceptional Written and Verbal English: Outstanding written communication is non-negotiable. Your fluency and ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively are critical.
● Sales and Direct Customer Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a phone-based sales role, with 80%+ of your day spent engaging with customers and hands-on involvement in outbound campaigns.
● Large-Scale Campaigns: Familiar with creating outbound and outreach campaigns via multiple channels. Structured marketing, Email, SMS, Voice SMS, and Direct Mail.
● Team-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate transparently, and align with team goals.
● Strategic Thinking: Ability to align individual sales activities with broader GTM objectives and adapt your approach based on campaign needs.
