Responsibilities
● Doing competitor data analysis to know how SafeBoda is performing in the Ride share market in Uganda.
● Creating, executing, and monitoring the operations data in the different department unit trackers.
● Working with the Engagement, Quality and Onboarding Team Leads through the intake process, recommending best practices to enhance data quality.
● Reconciling the raw data with imported data resolving any discrepancies and tracking status
● Creating and delivering weekly custom reports with the Support of the team Leads showing the performance of the different units of the Operations Core Department.
● Participating in the efforts to streamline and automate all operations units data functions
● Documenting your work and reporting progress to your team
● Pitching in wherever you can to help us stay on top of the workload.
You should have:
● Strong detail orientation, Strong analytical skills and Intermediate typing skills
● Proven Mathematical reasoning skills and Technical aptitude
● Self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to learn new concepts and applications quickly
● Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects independently
● Intermediate skills using MS Office with strong Excel skills
● Ability to work under minimum supervision and execute effectively
● Should be a great team player and has the ability to work with the different teams in Operations and SafeBoda as a whole
● Be emotionally intelligent, humble and excited to work within a team with a diverse set of experiences and skills
● Love our product and be curious about how it works and be a strong advocate on the way SafeBoda can transform the livelihoods of drivers

● Bachelor's Degree preferred
