JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

• Drive Pearl Dairy vehicles and transport authorized passengers to specified destinations in line with company policies.
• Deliver packages, goods, mail, and other items to designated people and offices.
• Conduct pre-journey checks on vehicle condition (engine oil, water, brakes, tire pressure, etc.) and perform basic repairs (tightening bolts, topping up fluids) as needed.
• Report all vehicle damages, accidents, or mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure the security of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo during transit.
• Maintain a detailed travel log, recording destinations, travel time, and work hours.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Submit monthly vehicle reports in compliance with company policy.
• Adhere to traffic rules, speed limits, and designated parking areas.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend repairs or part replacements.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and light company vehicles when required.
• Report major mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager without delay.
