About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client in the telecom sector, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Door to Door Sales Agents to work in Uganda.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial prospecting and needs analysis.
- Door-to-door canvassing of prospects: creation and filing of a pipe of prospects.
- Monitoring and processing of backlogs (spontaneous prospects) entrusted to him.
- Follow-up and outbound calls of registered leads.
- Sale of services according to the GVA Uganda catalogue.
- Proceeds to raise cash from sales and unsold stocks at his managers.
- Participation in the enrichment of the prospect base.
- Suggestion of strategies to the sales manager to boost sales.
- Popularization of fiber eligibility information in its area of assignment.
- Participation in commercial activities to boost sales.
Daily activity reporting
- Sales data (cash, sales recovery, equipment stock).
- Feedback on prospects.
- Escalation of problems encountered in the field.

Responsibilities
- Meet the company's QHSE standards.
- Comply with the company's anti-corruption rules.
- Ensure that his/her missions are carried out on time.
- Escalate problems to the hierarchy.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ideally experience in sales in the telecommunication sector

- Man / Woman on the field.
- Sense of organization and rigor in the work
- Very good knowledge of sales pipeline and good sales skills
- Speak perfect English.
- Ability to meet short deadlines.
- Ability to withstand pressure.
