Main purpose of the position: 

To provide expert diagnostic and treatment services to visiting patients

Reporting into this position (designation and level) 

Routine/Direct: Nurse, Lab Technician.

Key responsibilities: 

• To set up and implement patient care and management systems.
• Manage the clinic both medically and administratively with an updated APL  (Annual Practicing License)
• Design and implement Stock, purchase, and management systems for medicines and consumables within the Clinic.
• Design and implement Corporate Social Investment in line with the mandate of the Clinic.
• Applying for and fostering new health partnerships and grants for the clinic.
• Develop and implement compliance mechanisms for the clinic and other clinic staff.
• To perform minor surgical procedures.
• Marketing the clinic to prospective companies.
• Appropriate referrals for complicated cases.
• Develop and implement a calendar for continuous medical training for clinic staff and general staff.
• Implement patient contracts and ensure due care in practice to minimize medical practice liability.
