Role overview
Promote and grow sales of OLA Energy Uganda (Mpishi Gas and or Lubricants) in the assigned geographical territory through the network of OLA Energy Uganda Distributors and Resellers/Points of Sale

Activities
A - BASIC FUNCTIONS
• Liaise with the distributor team to achieve LPG/& Lubricants sales volume targets for the assigned territory.
• Selling and marketing OLA Energy Uganda Mpishi LPG/& Lubricants in your assigned territory.
• Strategic planning of sales activities for the LPG/& Lubricants business to improve OLA Energy Uganda position in the market

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitor and push LPG/& Lubes sales from distributor warehouse to the market.
• Ensuring Retail Recommended Price is maintained between distributors and point of sales and consumers.
• Ensure route coverage and route completion by the distributor salesperson.
• Scout for new LPG/& Lubes sales opportunities. Ensure horizontal growth through increase in base business and vertical growth through increase in outlets in their routes.
• In charge of segmented promotions. Carry out sell-out promotions and market penetration.
• Increase distributor sales through onboarding new customers.
• Manage the LPG/& Lubes sales channels while introducing new and innovative ways to increase sales for the company.
• Collect and share LPG/& Lubes market intelligence to facilitate strategic changes.
• Any other duties as may be delegated or assigned from time to time.

Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Qualification:
• University Degree in the areas of Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.

Experience:
• A strong university degree in the areas of Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• At least 1 years’ experience in the commercial sector, especially in customer interaction, and preferably the oil and gas industry.
• Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, sound business judgment and ethics, good time management.
