Invitation for Bids for Disposal of Assets through Public Bidding

Disposal Reference Number: UHRC/DISPOSAL/24-25/00001

THE UGANDA HUMAN RIGHTS Commission intends to dispose of the following: Motor Vehicles, Motor Cycles, Furniture, Computer and Printer Accessories and other Obsolete Assets. The Obsolete Assets are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the Uganda Human Rights Commission will have no further liability after sale.

THE UGANDA HUMAN RIGHTS Commission now invites sealed bids for the purchase of the Assets to be disposed of.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of UGANDA and is open to all bidders.

Interested bidders may inspect the Obsolete Assets starting 11th April 2025 to 23rd April 2025 from 9:00am to 5pm

Interested bidders may visit UGANDA HUMAN RIGHTS Commission at the address given below, Uganda Human Rights Commission Rumee building from 8:00am-5:00pm.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 50,000. The method of payment will be by bank. The document will be sent by hard copy or email. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am, 23rd April 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30am.
