JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee dispatch operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
3. Manage stock control and reconcile data with storage systems.
4. Prepare stacking/storage plans (FIFO method) and loading plans.
5. Generate regular stock reports and daily stock sheets.
6. Complete standard waybills accurately.
7. Lead and motivate dispatch staff, organizing training for team development.
8. Achieve productivity and efficiency targets through teamwork.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Relevant diploma from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an FMCG environment.
• Preferred: Experience in a poultry processing plant (added advantage).
