We are looking for a proactive and organized Dispatch Officer to join our Commercial Department in Kampala. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize service scheduling, balancing customer preferences with geographic logistics to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics management.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
• Experience in fast-paced service environments and logistics/routing strategies.
