This technology giant is looking for exceptional Director of Finance with minimum ten years’ professional accounting experience preferably in both a public accounting firm and a project oriented firm who will be responsible to coordinate the implementation of the office strategic plan, establishing and monitoring both firm wide and office level procedures and strategic initiatives, with fiscal, contractual performance and collections oversight with project managers.

Responsibilities

· Full financial responsibility for regional business

· Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.

· Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.

· Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies.

· Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

· Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.

· Lead, manage and develop finance teams.

· Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with legislation.

· Preparation of monthly financial reporting package to overseas parent, including analytics

· Banking, cash management and preparation of cash flow forecasts

· Financial planning including annual budgeting, forecasting and analysis

· Management and mitigation of project related risk

· Manage all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner

· Tax and statutory compliance and filings

· Manage the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors

· Assist in fee quotes and preparing project budgets

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with internal and external requirements/controls

· Act as a partner to Managing Director and Operations Director in developing and implementing business strategies

Education & Experience

· Degree in Accounting (Advanced degree or accounting license preferred)

· Minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience required (Prefer experience in both a global public accounting firm and a design or project oriented firm)

· Requires expert knowledge of local statutory financial reporting and local taxes

· Experience working with Global companies

· Strong technology skills, including financial systems, in addition to reporting and presentation packages
